Common questions
I'm not a tech person. Is this for me?
Yes. That is exactly who it is for. If you can use email and join a video call, you can do this. We go step by step, and nothing moves on until it makes sense to you.
Which AI do you set up?
Usually Claude, a well regarded AI assistant that connects to your email and calendar and can run tasks on a schedule. If you already pay for a different tool, we talk about it in the demo.
What about my clients' private information?
Everything is set up in your own account, so I never hold your data. Part of every session covers what never to paste into AI, like Social Security numbers, bank details or anything a client shared in confidence.
Does AI make fair housing mistakes?
It can, which is why the listing workflow includes a check that flags risky wording. You still make the final call on everything you publish. AI is a second set of eyes, not a replacement for your judgment.
Do I need special equipment?
A computer with a camera or a laptop, a decent internet connection, and about $20 a month for your AI subscription. A phone works for the demo, but a computer is best for setup.
Do you work with agents outside Virginia?
Yes. Everything is by video, so I work with agents anywhere in the U.S. Sessions are scheduled in Eastern time.
Do you work with brokerages or teams?
