AI Setup Coach is run by Chuck Schauvliege in Richmond, Virginia. This page explains what information I collect and how I use it.

What I collect

When you book a demo, sign up for a workshop, fill out a form (including a Facebook lead form) or email me, I collect what you give me: usually your name, email address, company and any answers you choose to share.

How I use it

I use your information to schedule and run sessions and workshops, send confirmations and reminders, follow up on your questions, and occasionally let you know about upcoming workshops. You can ask me to stop emailing you at any time.

What I don't do

I do not sell or rent your information. I do not share it with anyone except the services I use to run the business, such as Google (calendar and email), my website host, and Facebook if you signed up through a Facebook form.

During setup sessions

Setup happens in your own AI account. I do not keep copies of your email, calendar or client information. During a session I may see your screen while we work together, and I do not record sessions without asking you first.

This website

This site does not use advertising cookies. The host may keep standard server logs, like IP address and pages visited, for security and basic traffic counts.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I have about you. Email [email protected] and I will take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
